Three legal responses have occurred on the ongoing lawsuits pertaining to the Kensington Expressway/Humboldt Parkway proposed tunnel.
This is the Citizens for Regional Transit response/comments to the New York State Department of Transportation concerning the "cap" over the depressed section of the Kensington Expressway (NY33) through Humboldt Park and its context with the Scajaquada Expressway (NY198) downgrade.
